Myself Rupkumar Das, on behalf of Hormone department as well as Serum family l would like to thank to all the zone owners. Number of patients sample are increasing day by day. You all are working too good.
But you have to take care about followings things
- Quality and quality of sample
- Billing name and in vial name different
- Age and gender of patients in vial are different.
It causes little bit of confusion. Specifically for child. - In vial test name different
- Please provide separate vial for different departments, except baby patients
- If possible Write zone name on vial
- Except PTH all tests done using serum sample. Some test done using urine as well. Do proper centrifuge for serum separation
